ارزیابی تنوع ژنتیکی برخی توده های بومی جعفری ایران با استفاده از صفات مورفولوژیکی و فیزیولوژیکی

چکیده
به‌منظور ارزیابی تنوع ژنتیکی برخی توده‏های بومی جعفری ایران، آزمایشی با 21 تودۀ جمع‏آوری‌شده از مناطق مختلف ایران در قالب طرح آگمنت (ارزیابی مقدماتی عملکرد‏) در دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز در سال زراعی 1390‌ـ 1391 انجام شد. برخی صفات مورفولوژیکی، بیوشیمیایی و کیفی (زمان جوانه‏زنی، ‏ارتفاع، وزن تر و خشک، محتوای کلروفیل و رنگ برگ‏) و ‏آنتی‏اکسیدانی (کاروتنوئید، ویتامین C‏، کاتالاز و پراکسیداز) ارزیابی شدند. جمعیت‏های ‌بررسی‌شده از نظر صفات مورفولوژیکی و میزان کاروتنوئید، تفاوت معنا‏داری دارند. تجزیه به عامل‏ها نشان داد، 4 عامل اصلی توانستند 35/68 درصد از کل واریانس صفات را توجیه کنند. براساس نتایج حاصل از تجزیۀ خوشه‏ای به روش یو‌پی‌جی‌ام‌آ، 21 جمعیت جعفری در 3 گروه قرار گرفتند، گروه اول با کوتاه‏ترین ‏زمان جوانه‏زنی‏، ‏بیشترین میانگین وزن تر و خشک بوته و بیشترین‏ میزان ویتامین C و فعالیت آنزیم‏ پراکسیداز در مقایسه با سایر گروه‏ها سازگارترین‏ توده‏ها در شرایط اهواز معرفی می‏شوند. درنهایت، می‏توان از این تنوع موجود در میان توده‏های بومی جعفری به عنوان یک منبع ژنتیکی ارزشمند، برای کارهای اصلاحی استفاده کرد.

چکیده English

In order to evaluate the genetic diversity some native populations of parsley Iran, 21 parsley populations which collected from different regions of Iran and cultured as an‌ augmented design in Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz. in 2011-12. Some of morphological characteristics including (Time of emergence, plant height, fresh and dry weight, Seed weight, Chlorophyll content) and anti‌oxidant Properties‌ (carotenoids, vitamin c, catalas and proxidase) of these populations were evaluated. The analysis of variance showed that there was significant differences between genotypes in morphological characteristics and carotenoid.The principal component analysis declared four components which accounted 68.35 percent of total variation. Cluster analysis using the UPGMA classified populations to 3 main groups. The first group with shortest mean of emergence, highest mean fresh and dry weight per plant, and maximum amont of vitamin C and proxidase activity and catalase compared to other groups as compatible the populations are introduced in the Ahwaz conditions. A total can be of the diversity among the native populations of parsley as a valuable genetic resource for the breeding works.
